Purpose of collecting and processing personal data

Website userregister is used for maintaining and communicating customer relations, marketing products and services, and organizing campaigns and competitions. The information in the register may be used for direct marketing if the customer has consented to it.

Contents of the register

The following user information may be entered in the register: First and last name – address – phone number -email.

The registrar registers the information about the user that the user herself provides when using the website.

Principles of registry protection

The user registry of the website information is stored in the registrar’s system, which is protected by the operating system’s security software. Access to the system requires the entry of a username and password. The system is also protected by firewalls and other technical means. Only certain pre-defined employees of the controller have access to and are entitled to use the data contained in the register stored in the system. The information contained in the register is located in locked and guarded premises.

Rekistered user rights of prohibition

The registered user has the right to prohibit the controller from processing personal data about him / her for direct mail, distance selling and other direct marketing, as well as market and opinion research, as well as personal registration and genealogy. The prohibition must be made in writing (eg by e-mail) and addressed to the persons responsible for registration matters.

The right of inspection

Correcting the information

The registrar shall correct, delete or supplement personal data in the register which is incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or out of date for the purpose of processing, on its own initiative or at the request of the registered user. The registered user should contact the registrar’s representative to correct the information.

Media

If you upload images to this site, you should avoid uploading images with stored location information (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and view location information from the images on the site.

Cookies
